Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns and refunds for products purchased from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility for Returns
• We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
• To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be in their original condition as received.
• Remain in original, undamaged packaging with seals intact.
• Returns for items that are not in “Brand New” condition or have damaged packaging/seals will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
Return Process
1. Requesting a Return:
• Email info@evogames.co.za with your order number and collection address to initiate a return.
• Wait for our confirmation and a return shipping label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Courier Fee for Non-Faulty Returns:
• For change-of-mind returns, where the item is not defective or damaged, a courier fee of R99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and Issues
• Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item and notify us immediately if:
• The item is defective or damaged.
• You received the wrong item.
