• At checkout, you can select the collection option for your order. This allows you to pick up your items directly from our location.

• Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification email. Please ensure you wait for this email before visiting us to collect your order.

Preparation Time

• For in-stock items, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be prepared for collection.

Collection Location

• Our collection service is currently available exclusively in Johannesburg.
